This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to the mobile game Target Down (the “App”), published by Karnea Bilişim ve Ofis Malzemeleri Limited Şirketi (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

PART I — PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Target Down handles information when you use the App and its optional platform features.

Target Down is designed primarily as an offline mobile game and does not require users to create a Karnea Games account or provide personal information to play.

2. Information We Collect

Karnea Games does not require or directly collect information such as:

real name
postal address
phone number
custom username or nickname
personal profile information

Target Down does not include a player-created nickname system.

Certain platform or technical services may process limited information necessary to operate features such as Google Play Games leaderboards, purchases, diagnostics, or platform functionality.

This may include platform-generated identifiers, game scores, ranking information, app version, device information, or technical diagnostic data.

3. Google Play Games and Leaderboards

Target Down may use Google Play Games Services to provide leaderboard functionality.

If you choose to use Google Play Games features, information such as your Google Play Games profile name, platform-generated player identifier, leaderboard score, and ranking may be processed by Google and may be displayed through Google Play Games.

Karnea Games does not require players to create a separate nickname or profile for Target Down.

Google Play Games Services are operated by Google and are also subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policies.

4. How Information Is Used

Limited platform or game-related information may be used only where necessary to:

provide leaderboard functionality
submit and display scores
maintain game functionality
process eligible purchases
diagnose technical problems
improve stability and performance
prevent cheating or manipulation of leaderboard scores

5. Advertising

Target Down is designed without third-party advertising.

If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated where required.

6. In-App Purchases

Target Down may offer optional in-app purchases for game content or virtual items.

Payments are processed by the applicable platform provider, such as Google Play.

Karnea Games does not directly receive or store your full payment card information.

We may receive limited transaction or entitlement information necessary to confirm a purchase and provide purchased content.

7. Data Sharing

Karnea Games does not sell personal data.

Limited information may be processed by third-party services where necessary to provide features such as:

Google Play Games leaderboards
Google Play purchases
platform authentication
technical or diagnostic services

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or valid legal process.

8. Data Retention

Karnea Games does not maintain a separate Target Down user account database containing names, custom nicknames, addresses, or phone numbers.

Leaderboard information and platform-related identifiers may be retained by the relevant platform provider according to its own policies.

Transaction information may also be retained by Google Play or other platform providers as required for purchases, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, or applicable law.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to help protect information handled through the App.

However, no electronic system, device, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children’s Privacy

Target Down does not intentionally request personal information from children.

Any platform features used in connection with the App may be subject to the age requirements, parental controls, and privacy practices of the applicable platform provider.

If you believe information relating to a child has been handled improperly, please contact us.

11. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding information associated with you.

Because Target Down does not maintain a separate personal player account system, some information associated with Google Play Games or Google Play may need to be managed through your Google account or the relevant Google service.

PART II — TERMS OF SERVICE

13. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Target Down, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

14. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Target Down for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

15. Permitted Use

You agree to use Target Down in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law
modify or interfere with the normal operation of the App
use cheats, exploits, unauthorized automation, bots, or similar tools
manipulate scores or leaderboard rankings
bypass security or purchase systems
attempt to obtain paid content without authorization
interfere with platform services used by the App
use the App for unlawful purposes

16. Scores and Leaderboards

Target Down may allow players to submit scores to Google Play Games leaderboards.

Leaderboard scores or rankings may be removed, reset, or invalidated where reasonably necessary because of:

cheating
exploits
manipulated scores
corrupted data
technical errors
violations of these Terms

Leaderboard availability depends partly on Google Play Games Services and an internet connection.

We do not guarantee permanent or uninterrupted availability of leaderboard services.

17. Virtual Items and Game Content

Target Down may contain virtual tickets, balls, upgrades, points, rewards, or other virtual game content.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, virtual items:

have no real-world cash value
are intended only for use within the App
cannot be exchanged for real money
may not be transferred between users unless expressly supported
may be adjusted or balanced as part of game updates

18. In-App Purchases

Optional purchases may be offered through Google Play or another supported platform.

Purchases are processed by the applicable platform provider and are also subject to that provider’s payment, refund, and account policies.

Purchased content will be provided according to its description and applicable law.

19. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, balance, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of Target Down from time to time.

Updates may include gameplay adjustments, new content, compatibility changes, bug fixes, or technical improvements.

We do not guarantee that the App or third-party platform services will always operate without interruption or error.

20. Intellectual Property

Target Down and its related content, including its:

code
gameplay systems
graphics
characters
animations
user interface
audio
text
designs
game assets

are owned by or licensed to Karnea Bilişim ve Ofis Malzemeleri Limited Şirketi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Target Down or its content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

21. Third-Party Services

Target Down may rely on third-party platform services, including Google services, for features such as:

leaderboards
platform authentication
purchases
technical infrastructure

The availability and operation of these services are controlled partly by their respective providers.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

22. Suspension or Restriction

Where technically applicable, we may restrict access to online or platform-dependent functionality when reasonably necessary to address:

cheating
leaderboard manipulation
unauthorized access
security threats
abuse of platform functionality
violations of these Terms

You may stop using Target Down at any time by uninstalling the App.

23. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Target Down is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device, Android version, Google Play configuration, or third-party service.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

This may include loss of:

game progress
scores
leaderboard rankings
virtual items
locally stored game data

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
